Terms & Conditions

By scheduling or receiving services with Advanced Massage & Wellness Center, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Appointments
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time to receive your full scheduled service. Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. The full appointment fee may still apply.
A valid credit card is required to reserve online appointments. Certain services require payment at the time of booking. Any remaining balance is due at the time of service unless otherwise noted.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. We respectfully request the following notice if you need to cancel or reschedule:
- Self-Guided Services (Infrared Sauna, CryoLounge, and Yoni Steam): 12 hours’ notice
- Massage and practitioner services up to 90 minutes: 24 hours’ notice
- 120-minute appointments: 48 hours’ notice
Appointments cancelled with less than the required notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice (“no-call/no-show”) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Gift certificates, prepaid packages, memberships, promotional services, and package sessions will be considered redeemed for missed or late-cancelled appointments.
Appointments are considered a no-show after 15 minutes unless other arrangements have been made.
You are welcome to send someone in your place to avoid cancellation fees, provided the service is appropriate and all required health forms are completed.
Arrival Instructions
For the privacy and comfort of all guests, facility doors remain locked while services are in session.
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If the door is locked, wait outside and follow any arrival instructions included in your appointment confirmation. If instructed, you may text your provider upon arrival. Please do not knock during active treatment sessions.
Self-Guided Wellness Services
Infrared Sauna, CryoLounge, and Yoni Steam sessions are self-guided wellness experiences.
Clients acknowledge they may be alone in the wellness area during these appointments and agree to follow all posted instructions, safety guidelines, and staff recommendations. These services are not continuously supervised or monitored.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information and notifying us of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, medications, allergies, or other concerns that may affect their services.
Advanced Massage & Wellness Center reserves the right to modify, postpone, or discontinue any service if it is believed to be in the client’s best interest or necessary for safety.
Memberships
Membership benefits renew according to each member’s billing cycle. Unused monthly sessions expire at the end of each billing period unless otherwise stated. Memberships automatically renew until cancelled in accordance with the membership agreement.
Facility Policies
Please silence mobile devices during your visit.
Advanced Massage & Wellness Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services for inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or sexually suggestive behavior. Such appointments will end immediately, and the full appointment fee may still apply.
SMS Communications
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive appointment-related text messages including appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations, payment notifications, scheduling updates, and membership communications.
