Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules occasionally change. Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Required Notice

• Infrared Sauna, CryoLounge & Yoni Steam: At least 12 hours
• Massage & Practitioner Services (up to 90 minutes): At least 24 hours
• 120-Minute Appointments: At least 48 hours

Appointments cancelled with less than the required notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service fee.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and fail to notify us will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Gift certificates, prepaid packages, memberships, promotional services, and package sessions will be considered redeemed for missed appointments.

Appointments are considered a no-show after 15 minutes unless other arrangements have been made.

If you’re unable to attend your appointment, you are welcome to send someone in your place when appropriate for the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may receive a shortened session to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. The full appointment fee may still apply.
