Massage
Your First Massage
Your first visit begins with a brief intake and conversation so your therapist can learn about your goals, preferences, areas of concern, and anything that may affect your session.
Your massage is personalized to you. Rather than requiring you to choose one massage style, you select the amount of time you’d like — 30, 60, 75, 90, or 120 minutes — and your therapist incorporates the techniques best suited to your needs and comfort.
Whether you’re looking for focused therapeutic work, relaxation and stress relief, or a combination of both, we’ll work with you to create the experience your body needs.
We always work within your comfort level.

Massage Style
Relax and revitalize muscles by stimulating circulation.
Comfortable deep strokes and compressions are used to fully relax and release chronic tension.
This is an approach to pain intervention using advanced concepts in the art of pressure therapy. Pressure properly applied to myofascial trigger points or “knots” interrupts pain signals to the spinal cord and brain, reduces the intensity of nerve activity in the tissue and moves out toxic irritants accumulated in the muscles.
Cupping pulls stagnation out of tissues and brings it to the skin level.
Specific bolstering and techniques used to release expectant mothers tensions.
Being massaged by hot stones stimulates blood circulation in muscles 2 times faster than a regular Relaxation massage. It increases blood cell production, helps reduce edema, exfoliates and moisturizes the skin. Plus, the heat from the stones relaxes while it eases stress. Please let us know ahead of time so we can prepare the hot stones.
You remain fully clothed, gentle compressions, rocking, and stretching are used to restore flexibility.
